Nigar Johar: A gem

I wholeheartedly congratulate Nigar Johar on her appointment as  the first female lieutenant general.  Her struggles and commitment have shown that women are also talented for this field. Albeit, it's  important for the women and their empowerment. Nigar Johar is the real symbol of the change for  many women.
Everyone is so proud of her and she is our pride.
