Inequality among prisoners

In most jails of Pakistan, prisoners are not treated equally. They give some of them extra amenities in prisons, while others are neglected. Therefore, rich prisoners find their ways out but poor prisoners are marginalized. Other countries focus in justice, in jails too, but case is different here in Pakistan.  

So, I request the competent authorities to treat every prisoner fairly. Inequality is neither accepted by Islam, nor human rights.
